Differences between UK and US Battlestar Galactica Blu sets?

Hey, folks...

I've been considering the purchase of the Blu-Ray of Battlestar Galactica. Absolutely love the series. Anyways... I've been poking around online, and it's the general consensus of several people on Amazon that seasons 3/4 are "darker" on bluray than in their broadcast/DVD forms. So I should start with this: I love Disney animation. From the animated features to the classic animated television shows of the 80's and 90's, I love Disney.

Same for comics. I've been reading comics since I was 4 years old. The first comic I read was a 1982 Wolverine Limited Series #4.... the last thing I read, God-willing, will be a comic book.

But I really don't think that I'm going to like Disney owning Marvel. I'm just having a bad feeling...

Is any one going to be creating a combined set with the 2-Disc DVD release and the Blu-ray release? Like a standard size 3 disc DVD case that holds the 2 DVDs and 1 Blu-ray disc. Just wondering.

Anyone else go see it last night? I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. I know it was different, but they really did a good job of drawing new fans into Trek. Even my brother, who has always done whatever he could to avoid Trek, really liked it. I guess if they found a way to revive the series, I'm on board.
